In an early stage of my carrer I performed a study for one the world leading Consulting Firm in Success Pattern Recognition within their Portfolio with family owned businesses.

Since then in any conversation with Leaders and Business Owners I am focusing systematically on understanding what makes them successful and what is putting their growth on risk.

We utilized more than 20 years of Success Pattern Recognition to refine our knowledge with hands-on experience what matters the most. We created a system of 21 Key Measures or Pattern for Success.
